- Travel details — pickup and drop points, travel dates, number of passengers, vehicle preference, hotel preference, and any assistance you request such as a wheelchair or a guide.
- Identity details — where a hotel, a permit or a temple pass requires it, a government photo ID number for each traveller. We collect this only when the third party requires it.
- Website usage — pages visited, approximate location and device or browser type, collected through analytics as described below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to process bookings, send confirmations, provide customer support, and improve our services. Specifically, we use it to:
- confirm your booking and share driver, vehicle and itinerary details;
- contact you before and during your journey about pickup timing or changes;
- make reservations on your behalf with hotels, guides and permit authorities;

Your details are shared only where it is necessary to deliver the service you booked:
- Drivers and guides assigned to your trip receive your name, contact number and pickup details.
- Hotels and third-party operators receive the traveller details they need to hold your reservation.

- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or by a lawful request from a government agency.
Payment Information
Online payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure systems. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers. What we retain against your booking is the transaction reference, the amount, the date and the payment status.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it, including Google Analytics. These tell us which pages are popular and where visitors leave — they are not used to identify you personally. Booking and payment records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for a limited period so we can follow up, and are then removed. Where information is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- stop sending you promotional messages — note that service messages about a confirmed booking will still be sent.
